🏢 Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Direct Selling Agent (DSA) team. The role involves promoting financial products, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and market outreach.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers for banking and financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.).
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to clients.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
- Coordinate with banks/financial institutions for documentation and approvals.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
👤 Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred) or 12th pass with relevant experience.
- Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
